5 thousands years ago, people used to form soda ashes by burning water plants in lake beds for manufacturing glass containers and ornaments by using these soda ashes. Today, soda ash is produced in 2 ways, from natural trona ore and via synthetic processes. Sodium bicarbonate is an output of soda ash manufacturing.

In 2016, we started our first business activities in Istanbul head office in supplying high technology industrial materials to major factories in Turkey, Asia and North Africa regions. In 2019, upon receiving several requests coming from our current customers, we decided to add chemical products supply services to our product portfolio. In 2020, we have established a new brand, Petroxim Chemicals, just for this specific area. We have started to serve many industries in a short time with both our current customer portfolio and new customers.
