Dr Gbenga is a lecturer at Robert Gordon University. He has more than 15 years of industrial and research experience. He has expertise in core flood experiments. He contributes primarily in the validation of proposed technology.
Our Story
Fyndsupplier’s story is a unique entrepreneurial story where founder, Rameshwar M Paswan, started his journey from an Indian Slum. Being a son of Jute Mill worker in West Bengal, India, he spent most of his childhood living in slum and dreaming to do something BIG.
He did his schooling from Hindi medium school and then with hard work and perseverance, went to Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Guwahati to do his bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering.
After IIT, he went to Imperial College London to purse PHD but did not continue and joined an oil and gas service company in Scotland as his first industrial exposure. He soon become a project leader to lead a Joint Industry Project sponsored by nine major operating oil and gas companies such as BP, Shell, Nalco, Champion, Petrobras and Petronas etc.
Rameshwar then moved to work for Weatherford in Stavanger Norway and worked as Reservoir Engineering consultant for companies in Dong Energy, and OMV. He then founded Petroleumsoft AS in Norway in 2009 to pursue his entrepreneur dream and create value for the oil and gas industry.
During 14 years of journey of Petroleumsoft since inception, Petroleumsoft worked with major oil and gas companies Equinor, KUFPEC, Maersk Oil, Total E&P, Repsol, NORECO, Aker Geo and Oil India. Petroleumsoft developed four software solutions related with chemical treatment design and optimisation for the oil and gas industry.
Petroleumsoft then started trading of oilfield chemicals and supporting oil and gas companies in procurement of drilling chemicals, production chemicals, water treatment chemicals, cementing additives, refinery chemicals and other industrial chemicals.
Over the years of experience and trust building with oilfield chemical manufacturers, Petroleumsoft built a comprehensive database of chemical manufacturers globally. That database which constitutes of 3000+ chemicals and 100K+ chemical manufacturers, then was made available for industry in the name of Fyndsupplier to support procurement professional to make easy and cost-effective chemical procurement.
