Sodium bicarbonate is used as animal feed additive, human food additive and it is used in pharmaceuticals. It is also used for the production of other chemicals and it used in cosmetics and detergents and other household cleaning products. In cooking, baking soda is primarily used in baking as a leavening agent. It is used in fire extinguishers. It is offered in Foods Grade and Technical Grade.
