Silver iodide is an inorganic compound with the formula AgI. The compound is a bright yellow solid, but samples almost always contain impurities of metallic silver that give a gray coloration.

Micron Platers went into production in 1967 as a job plating shop. Towards the end of 1967 production of Silver Potassium Cyanide, Gold Potassium Cyanide, Silver Cyanide, Copper Cyanide and other metallic Cyanides commenced. Later the production of compounded salts of Precious Metals along with salts of Copper, Brass, Zinc and Cadmium were taken up.
