Ethylene-vinyl acetate, also known as poly, is a copolymer of ethylene and vinyl acetate. The weight percent of vinyl acetate usually varies from 10 to 50%, with the remainder being ethylene. There are three different types of EVA copolymer, which differ in the vinyl acetate content and the way the materials are used.

GHCL’s Consumer Product division manufactures and sells Edible salt and Industrial grade salt under the brand name i-FLO & Sapan. The division has its salt manufacturing facility at Vedaranyam in Nagapattinam district of Tamil Nadu and a refinery at Chennai for edible salt manufacturing.
