Diphenylphosphite is a diorganophosphite with the formula (C₆H₅O)₂PH. The molecule is tetrahedral. It is a colorless viscous liquid. The compounds can be prepared by treating phosphorus trichloride with phenol. Many analogues can be prepared similarly.
