Offered in white powder form, Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate is used as suitable food additive. This chemical is also used as effective nutrition enhancer, emulsifying factor, stabilizer and enzyme preparatory in different fields. Available in around 96% pure form, this chemical is also used as quality and texture improving factor. Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate does not dissolve in ethanol. But it easily dilutes in water. When exposed to more than 220 degree C temperature, it decomposes to produce sodium metaphosphate. This chemical has long storage life.
