ASHA ORGANO LIG / Organophilic lignite which is an amine treated lignite used as filtration control additive in oil- base systems as well as synthetic-base systems. It is an effective alternative to asphalt or gilsonite where their use is undesirable. It is effective and applicable in all oil- and synthetic-base drilling fluids, and is compatible with other additives.
