It is synthesized process hydrocarbon designed to stabilize shale formation when utilized in water base drilling fluids. Stabilizes to temperature in excess of 180°C Stabilizes shale formation while reducing torque & DRAG. Controls HTHP fluid loss by producing a thin strong compressible wall cake.
