QUICKSEAL is a lost circulation material (LCM).
It is a blend of cellulose fibers with different sizes and shapes.
It is manufactured in three different types – Fine, Medium and Coarse.
Due to its varying particle sizes and shapes, it is very effective in curing lost circulation when fractures, vugs, or cavernous zones are encountered.
Its Coarse grind treats fractures and highly permeable formation and can be spotted easily through large jets or open pipes.
Its medium grade is effective sealing medium to fine fractures and porous zones and can be pumped with most nozzle bits.
It's fine grind to be used where seepages to partial losses are encountered.
